"A gigantic fusion of human and beast, it can move at mind-boggling speeds to capture its prey. Not physically strong, but can do considerable damage with fangs and claws. Has a mind of its own, but not a very sharp one. It is unpredictable and will often give chase to an enemy whether its user wills it or not." (In-Game Description)
"Co-operative and open-hearted, but down-to-earth to the point of being dry. Always an individual, you are sentimental and have an eye for beauty. Though aloof and laid back, you easily succumb to loneliness, and you treasure your time spent with friends more than anything else in the world." (Personality Evaluation)
Base Stats[]
In addition to these base stats, the Stand itself gives a bonus of Speed +2 and Power/Spirit +1.
Lv | HP | SP | Power | Durability | Spirit | Speed |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
1 | 40 | 40 | 13 | 15 | 22 | 33 |
50 | 600 | 600 | 103 | 95 | 287 | 474 |
Though Wildhearts has fairly low stats, it carries a variety of both mid- and long-range techniques, and has a sub-Stand titled Endless Nameless, which can lower an enemy's base stats as well as inflict continuous damage for 3 turns or more. Combined with Push It To The Limit, this Stand can hit hard for very little SP while debuffing the foe in the process.
Moveset[]
Wildhearts' normal attack is non-ranged, physical, hits a single target twice, has a basic hit rate of 90%, and has a 10% chance of inflicting Fear and Bleed.
The Eagle status inflicted by Endless Nameless is exclusive to Wildhearts. It is mostly identical to Pursued status, doing 10% of max HP +1 worth of damage to an enemy and lowering their hit rate by 10% while affected.

Author's Notes[]
In short, "a person who can't be true to themselves". The dual nature of a werewolf is like a delicately balanced image of duality, like being cooperative yet laid-back or being emotional yet strangely dry. Being unable to make most of their individuality and not being understood by others, is what I (the author) considered the reason for a werewolf's worry and loneliness to be.
Trivia[]
- There is a minor exploit in the game that can only be performed with this Stand or Howlin' Wolf with the Ride command learned. To perform it, you must be in the Kujo residence in Japan after you've defeated Kakyoin. In front of Abdul, on the tile directly before the one that triggers the story event, face forward and use Ride from the menu. You'll be caught in a loop, pacing left and right endlessly while the game tells you you can't get off your Stand. If you mash the Action button enough, however, you can break free. Once you regain control of your character, use the Ride command again to successfully phase through the invisible wall behind Abdul and explore the rest of the Kujo residence, including the outdoor area which cannot be seen at all in normal gameplay. If you try to leave the mansion, the alleyway will be blocked off, trapping you, and when you re-enter, you'll be booted to a glitched version of the Personality Evaluation that leads to a blank screen. You can also perform this glitch at the school by following the above instructions on the tile before the one that triggers the Kakyoin boss fight, allowing you to walk freely around the nurse's office and talk to the nurse and delinquents.
- During Joseph and Polnareff's endings, which take place 10 years after the events of the game, if the Playable Character has Wildhearts as a Stand, they will become a novelist. During the after credits scene in Polnareff's ending, the Playable Character will go to France for some sightseeing with Polnareff, only for him to ask them to help bust a drug ring in Italy. Later on, they discover that no form of electronic communication they attempt to send has been going through.
- According to Clayman, the principle of Endless, Nameless is the same as Sheer Heart Attack. Wildhearts' special ability is "suppressed, bursting-at-the seams impulses". It is a “runaway” ability that shows its true value by not being controlled by the user. Endless Nameless is a symbol of divergent freedom, further free from the "runaway" ability. To the user, Endless Nameless represents "liberation from the framework, in a form that is more unsuppressed and uncontrolled than Wildhearts".
- According to Clayman, Wildhearts’ jacket becomes one with the fur on Wildhearts’ back and turns into Endless, Nameless.
- According to Clayman, Wildhearts represents the Enneagram type 4w3.
- According to Clayman, the user of Wildhearts is a parallel to Jonathan and Rohan.
- For the Speed Stands, Wildhearts refers to a wild card, which represents an uncertain element, meaning that the outcome of the story depends on the Observer.
- The information on Endless, Nameless as stated by Clayman is as follows:
- Power: C, Speed: B, Range: A, Durability: C, Precision: E, Potential: D
- It is impossible to harm the eagle normally. Upon taking damage, it fluffs its feathers to rebound the force and disperse it. However, if the sub-stand is damaged by scraping space, the damage is reflected on Wildhearts' jacket via tears and such. The user doesn't become heavy if Echoes' 3-Freeze is used on the eagle.
- The eagle can be assigned to attack any number of targets, which it does starting from the nearest target. However, the attack isn't continuous, instead it dives from skies to deliver a strong single blow and retreats. Therefore, if the target is spread out, the attack will be dispersed because it will not be able to focus. If another target comes close by, it will change its lock-on to it.
- For the same reason, if there are too many targets around, the eagle's attack would be interrupted and the lock-on would keep on changing. Since the durability isn't very high, if the targets are spread, the stand would aimlessly wander in the air and eventually disappear. If anything, it does a poor job.
